Genuineness, warmth, and empathy guide Dr. Nyles Jackson’s approach to therapy. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Doctor of Social Work (DSW) degree and 17 years of experience in outpatient mental health. He specializes in evidence-based Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for anxiety, depression, co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, and provides trauma-informed, culturally sensitive care

Dr. Jackson honors each client’s story, fostering Respect through individualized, inclusive care. You identify the areas you want to address, and together you work toward Resilience and lasting personal growth by cultivating the skills and confidence to navigate life’s challenges. His practice provides individual, family, and group therapy for adults—including LGBTQIA+ clients and other underserved populations—both in person and via secure telehealth in Wisconsin.
Inspired by the Japanese proverb “Fall seven times, stand up eight,” he encourages perseverance and Resolve, helping clients face obstacles with hope, courage, and purpose.
