Clients are welcome to share concerns, complaints, or compliments with the Practice and are encouraged to contact us directly so we may address feedback respectfully and constructively.

Clients retain the right to file complaints with the Practice, applicable licensing boards, insurance carriers (if applicable), or the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services without fear of retaliation. Public forums and online reviews are not confidential; information voluntarily shared in these settings cannot be protected or controlled by the Practice.
