Website Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 10/05/2025

These Website Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Noble Journey Therapy website (the "Site"). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the Site.

About the Practice

The Site is owned and operated by Noble Journey, LLC, doing business as Noble Journey Therapy ("the Practice," "we," "us," or "our"). The Site is intended to provide general information about the Practice, its services, and related resources.

No Therapeutic Relationship Created by Website Use

Use of this Site does not create a therapist–client relationship between you and the Practice or any clinician affiliated with the Practice. A therapeutic relationship is established only after:

  1. A formal intake and screening process has been completed,

  2. Informed Consent has been reviewed and signed, and

  3. Both parties have explicitly agreed upon services (including in‑person or telehealth psychotherapy).

Information provided on this Site is for general informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, diagnosis, or advice. Clinical services are governed by separate written agreements, including the practice’s Informed Consent, Notice of Privacy Practices, and Telehealth Policy, as applicable.

Not for Emergencies

This Site is not designed for emergencies or urgent mental health situations. If you are in immediate danger or feel at risk of harming yourself or others, call 911 (or your local emergency number) right away.

For immediate emotional support in the United States, you can call or text the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988, which is available 24 hours a day.

Kenosha County Residents:

If you are located in Kenosha County, Wisconsin, you may contact the Kenosha County Adult Crisis Line at 262-657-7188 for 24-hour crisis support and evaluation.

Use of Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

  • Violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations;

  • Infringe upon the rights of others;

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Site; or

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site for any misuse or violation of these Terms.

Accuracy of Information

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on the Site is accurate and up to date, we make no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content. Information may change without notice.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and layout, is the property of Noble Journey, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission, except for personal, non‑commercial use.

Online Forums and Communications

If the Site includes contact forms, screening questionnaires, scheduling tools, or appointment requests:

  • Submission of a form does not guarantee services or establish a therapist–client relationship;

  • Electronic communications may not be entirely secure;

  • You should avoid submitting sensitive, confidential, or urgent clinical information through the Site;

  • Responses to website inquiries may not be immediate.

Information submitted through the Site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and, once services begin, our Informed Consent and Telehealth policies. Website use alone does not create confidentiality protections equivalent to those that apply within an established therapeutic relationship.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noble Journey, LLC and its clinicians, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or reliance on Site content.

No Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

Indemification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Noble Journey, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
